Lemon Dill Sauce

This garlicky, lemony sauce pairs great with chicken or beef and makes for a quick dressing on fresh salads. Almost everything in this dish can be subbed or swapped for a kitchen staple. No Lemons? Grab the vinegar! No jarred Garlic? Use fresh grated, paste, or ginger garlic paste! No Mayo? Grab yogurt or sour cream!

Ingredients

  • 1/2C Mayonnaise (We like Dukes!)
  • 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1T Jarlic with juices (minced garlic in water)
  • 1T Dill, fresh or freeze dried
  • 1/2T Salt
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Dash of 7 Spice if serving with our Beef Kofta Shwarma
