Ingredients
- 400g AP Flour
- 250g Butter, cubed
- 1t Salt
- 1t Sugar
- 100ml(g) Ice Water
- 20ml(g) White Vinegar
Steps
- In a food processor, combine salt, sugar, flour, and butter. Pulse until sandy.
- Turn on the food processor and using the feed tube, add the ice water and vinegar slowly to the dough.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and form into a rectangle.
- Press the dough into a thin rectangle (1/2") and fold in thirds.
- Rotate the dough 90° and press out again. Repeat 3 times.
- Let the dough rest and halve.
Dough will keep in the refrigerator or freezer (<-untested, but everyone says so).
