Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 2C Water, room temperature
  • 1 Pkg Instant Yeast
  • 1-2T Honey
  • 5C All Purpose Flour
  • 1-2t Kosher Salt
  • 2T EVOO

Steps

  1. Combine water, yeast, and honey into a large cambro. Stir to combine.
  2. Wait 10 minutes.
  3. Add oil, flour, and salt to cambro. Mix into a shaggy dough.
  4. Turn out and knead 10 minutes or until a smooth dough forms.
  5. Place in the cambro, coat with oil, cover, and let sit 2 hours.
  6. Punch down, divide, and form into 2 boules.
  7. Cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap. Let sit 20 minutes.

Note: If making pizza or breadsticks, now is a good time to preheat the oven to 450-500F.

  1. Roll or stretch the dough, and cook for 15-20 minutes.
