Ingredients
- 2C Water, room temperature
- 1 Pkg Instant Yeast
- 1-2T Honey
- 5C All Purpose Flour
- 1-2t Kosher Salt
- 2T EVOO
Steps
- Combine water, yeast, and honey into a large cambro. Stir to combine.
- Wait 10 minutes.
- Add oil, flour, and salt to cambro. Mix into a shaggy dough.
- Turn out and knead 10 minutes or until a smooth dough forms.
- Place in the cambro, coat with oil, cover, and let sit 2 hours.
- Punch down, divide, and form into 2 boules.
- Cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap. Let sit 20 minutes.
Note: If making pizza or breadsticks, now is a good time to preheat the oven to 450-500F.
- Roll or stretch the dough, and cook for 15-20 minutes.
