Ingredients 2C Water, room temperature 1 Pkg Instant Yeast 1-2T Honey 5C All Purpose Flour 1-2t Kosher Salt 2T EVOO Steps Combine water, yeast, and honey into a large cambro. Stir to combine. Wait 10 minutes. Add oil, flour, and salt to cambro. Mix into a shaggy dough. Turn out and knead 10 minutes or until a smooth dough forms. Place in the cambro, coat with oil, cover, and let sit 2 hours.
